Anthony "Tony" Fiocco, Jr.
Executive Director
Tony is Executive Director and Managing Partner of FirmoLux™, LLC. His main responsibility at FirmoLux is to oversee the development, marketing of products manufactured and imported primarily for the commercial trade.
Tony was born and raised in New York where he grew up in a first generation Italian family. His grandfather (Antonio) was a third generation master plasterer when he arrived in New York as an immigrant from Rome. It wasn't long before his talents catapulted him into living the American dream and because of his plaster abilities; was a sought after man for his craft.
Tony graduated from the prestigious Hallmark Institute, where he was trained in Photography, Business, and Marketing and then attended Arizona State University for Design and Business management. He began his business career as the founder and President of Inn Art Inc., a creative management company working within the hospitality and design industry with offices in Scottsdale, Arizona and represented by some of the industry's largest design firms throughout New York and California.
With an extensive working background in Marketing, Design and Product Development, he began consulting with and producing and developing many large commercial art and design projects worldwide but especially within the growing Casino Hospitality and Resort Industry. With clients like Harrah's®, Tropicana® Hotels, Hilton®, Caesars Palace® as well as many other properties in Reno, Lake Tahoe and Atlantic City; his work was well recognized and highly rewarded.
He went on to become founder and CEO of Encore Photo®, Inc. a multi-million dollar production company that represented dozens of independent contractors in pursue of their creative photographic and design talents.
With his experiences and skills, Tony is the perfect candidate to bring FirmoLux™ to the international market.
Kevin Walsh
Director of Training and Worldwide Certification
Once owner and operator of Walsh Decorative Finishes, Kevin states that what he and his team did was called "Exterior Decorating". It was classical techniques, modern technology and good old-fashioned craftsmanship that made him an authority and in much desire.
Originally from Memphis, Tennessee, Kevin has lived in Sarasota Florida for over three decades, originally coming to Florida as a student to attend the Ringling School of Art & Design. But instead of painting on canvas his muse was found painting walls. In fact, it seems he had a distinct talent for the medium. Over the years, he found his true talent was going back to the roots of interior and exterior wall finishes using authentic natural products instead of synthetic paints and faux finishes.
He jumped head first into using authentic Italian lime plasters, and became closely involved with Tony and FirmoLux. He stated that FirmoLux was the closest product he found in North American that matched what he used while training in Italy. "It is truly an Italian classic" states Kevin.
Kevin has always enjoyed both classical and contemporary art and the challenge of blending the best of both. He is a true artisan and one that will bring FirmoLux products to the forefront of the Green Building movement and to the traditionalist that prefer to use products that are authentic and eternal.
Matthew Violante
Training Relations
Matthew is originally from the Youngtown area of Ohio, and since 2007 has made Sarasota his home. Studying and apprenticing under Kevin Walsh, he has learned quickly the fine art of Venetian Plaster application, he specializes in traditional Italian finishes for residential and commercial application and also offers private instruction and consulting on the use of authentic lime plasters.

Innocenzo "Enzo" Gagliardi, CEO, Finergy Development, LLC, Sarasota, Florida
Enzo has been a vital collaborator in the development of FirmoLux. Born in Italy and living in both France and the United States, he has an extensive background in manufacturing and real estate development in both Europe and the United States. He has formed a network of associates of some of the most influential business leaders in construction and manufacturing and his ability to bring groups and teams of companies together to collaborate in creating some of Europe's best brands and trade name products makes him a valuable asset for many investors abroad.

Jean-Christophe is involved as an executive board member of FirmoLux and consultant on international finance. His extensive background in international commerce and investments has given FirmoLuxTM a leading edge with our operations facility in Italy. We are thankful to Jean-Christophe for his efforts to assist FirmoLux in their efforts to become one of the leading distribution companies in our industry.
