Do you mix custom colors?
Yes! We can match almost any color and provide this service for a small fee. All products come white and ready for mixing. If you provide us with a paint company chip number, we can use this as a starting point to mix your color.
Do you have International Shipping?
We can ship product anywhere in the world either from Florida or Italy, depending on where you are located. Please email us for more information and price quotes.
Are your products considered Green?
YES...our products are all-natural and have 0-VOC's and 1-Leed point qualified.
Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada?
YES...please use the "CONTACT US" page for a price quote.
How long does it take to get my order?
Depending on what you ordered, most products are shipped within 24 hours. Large orders and orders requiring special shipping or handling needs can take longer. If you have a specific need date, we suggest calling us at 941.366.5550 and we will do our best to fulfill your order to meet your deadlines.
Shipping?
Most orders of less than 5-6 buckets are sent via UPS® or FedEx® Ground delivery. All larger orders are shipped LTL ground freight. If you're in need of receiving your product sooner, then we must be notified at the time the order is placed. You can contact us by any of the methods listed below for freight quote prices.

How can I track my order?
Depending on what you ordered and how it is shipped, we will notify you by email with your shipping information and tracking number. A tracking number or bill of lading will be provided. For more information, please feel free to call 941.366.5550 x3 and leave a message for someone to call you back with your tracking information.
Can I return Venetian Plasters and Colors?
We cannot offer refunds on Venetian plasters and colors once they are shipped, because we cannot guarantee how products have been stored or handled.
Can I return Sample Kits?
No... Sample kits are designed to judge the quality of our products and we do not offer refunds at this time.
Can I become a Dealer or Distributor of your products?

Are your products Authentic Venetian Plasters?
YES. You are dealing with Authentic Italian Lime Plasters manufactured in Italy in the traditional method.
